Rev. Michael Woody became a licensed minister of Religious Science in July of 2006. He is the Senior Minister at the Music City Center for Spiritual Living in the Nashville area. MCCSL became a chartered church of the International Centers for Spiritual Living in July of 2008. Originally from Boulder, Colorado, he has had a successful music career, performing with THE WOODYS, which had a #1 Americana Chart Album, won an International Top Country Vocal Duo Award and earned Michael an award as a #1 hit song writer.
Elaine is a Reiki Master/Teacher and has been doing energetic healing for 25 years. She completed her Practitioner training at CSLN in 2006 and became certified in 2016 at MCCSL. She has an Ed.D. in Counseling Psychology and worked in the Counseling Center at Tennessee Technological University and also in private practice. Elaine has also taught English as a second language to students from all around the world. In 2002, Elaine graduated from the Southern Institute for Yoga Instructors and has taught yoga for the past 16 years. She has a chanting CD entitled "Finding the Divine". She is currently teaching Prosperity PLUS at MCCSL and she participates and coordinates our weekly Service Guided Meditation.
Elaine loves to sing/make sounds, oil paint, be in and close to the water, and ride her bike. She is married and has two cats.
Keri started her Religious Science journey in 2004 with the Temecula Valley CSL and completed her Practitioner studies in 2015 with the Music City CSL. Her passions for service in the Center are with Social Activities and the Youth Ministry.
She has been married to Steve for 22 years and has raised three children, Clark, Francesca and Austin. She loves everything outdoors from boating and camping to getting muddy on her quad.
Keri is also a CPA and works for a large prominent company in the Nashville area
Beth has been a member of Centers for Spiritual Living for over 20 years. She has been a member of MCCSL for the past 5 years.
She has been working as a Pre-K teacher for the Nashville public school system for the past 8 years and before that worked with young children with special needs for over 15 years.
She enjoys being out in nature taking hikes with her husband David or taking long bike rides on the Natchez Trace. She also has a passion for singing and enjoys helping out with the music program at MCCSL.
Beth just recently became a practitioner for MCCSL this past year and looks forward to working with people who need extra guidance in developing spiritual principles in their lives.
